Duties

• Manage and monitor inventory levels
• Conduct detailed data mining and analysis to identify trends, root causes of discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement across supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with store purchaser.
• Perform demand planning and forecasting.
• Oversee & conduct receiving activities, including order intake
• Implement inventory control strategies to reduce excess stock or shortages while maintaining compliance with safety standards such as forklift operation certifications.
• Analyze pricing strategies and financial models to support decisions and optimize inventory turnover.

Requirements/Preferences

• METRC and Dutchie/similar POS experience.
• Proficiency in organization and product management skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis, demand planning, and supply chain analytics effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills for sourcing suppliers.
• Hands-on experience with materials
• Knowledge of cannabis, retailer experience, or management experience.
• Ability to perform data collection, financial analysis, and production planning to support operational efficiency.

Monday-Friday

Weekends as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
