Bud Anderson is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated team! This seasonal position involves handling customer inquiries, crisis management, booking service calls, and dispatching for various service locations.
The Seasonal Customer Service Representative position is paid hourly plus commission. With the potential to make it a permanent position
Schedule:
- This is a seasonal position ranging from April to August.
- The shifts include M- F 8:00 am - 5:00pm, ( possible overtime and occasional weekend)
What you will do:
- Answer incoming calls from new and existing customers
- Manage customer concerns by providing appropriate information and assistance to customers in urgent need while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Schedule service calls and appointments for customers
- Coordinate and dispatch service technicians to multiple locations, ensuring timely response to customer requests.
- Work collaboratively with a remote team to share information, address challenges, and provide support when needed.
- Participate in training sessions to familiarize yourself with company policies, procedures, and service offerings.
