This is a full-time, long-term position with steady, year-round work.
Work Includes:
Interior & exterior painting
Minor siding, fence, and building repairs
Flooring installation
Bathroom upgrades (vanities, fixtures)
General maintenance and shop improvements
Light plumbing and electrical work
Requirements:
3 years experience in construction or maintenance
Strong skills in carpentry, painting, and light plumbing and electrical
Must have your own tools
Able to work independently and complete projects start to finish
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Recent work references
Minimum starting salary: $80,000
