Our reps earn between $500–$2,000 per closed job depending on the project. The more you close, the more you make. Top performers are earning $100,000 per year — and they started exactly where you are.

Warm Leads Provided — We hand you the appointments. You don't have to find your own customers.
Full Training Program — We train you on our products, our pitch, our process, and how to close. You will not be thrown in blind.
Proven Sales System — You follow our process. We've already figured out what works. Your job is to execute it.
HQ Support on Every Appointment — You'll never be alone on a call. Our team is available to support you in real time so you can focus on the customer.
Flexible Schedule — You control your calendar. Work the hours that work for you.
What a Day Looks Like
- You receive your scheduled appointments for the day
- You arrive at the customer's home and check in with HQ
- You conduct the inspection or sales presentation using our proven process
- If pricing adjustments are needed you connect with HQ for approval — we've got your back
- You close the deal and earn your commission

This Is a 1099 Independent Contractor Position
This is not a traditional W-2 job. You are your own boss with the support of an established company behind you. That means:
- You set your own schedule
- You are responsible for your own taxes
- Your income is directly tied to your effort and results
- A W-9 and signed Independent Contractor Agreement are required before your first appointment
