Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide outstanding customer service
- Schedule and match clients with Care Professionals
- Maintain accurate schedules, records, and documentation
- Communicate with clients, families, Care Professionals, and team members
- Resolve scheduling challenges and service concerns
- Assist with on-call coverage as needed
Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook; WellSky/ClearCare preferred)
- High integrity, positive attitude, and a sense of humor
- Passion for serving seniors
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, plus rotating on-call duties.
