The Opportunity

We are looking for highly motivated and relentless Sales Representatives to join our traveling team. This is an on the road/remote position tailored for self-starters who thrive in high-paced environments and want to control their own income. Learn this business from the best of the best.

 

This role is 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential. If you have the drive to hustle, travel to where the storms hit, and close deals, a six-figure income in your first year is highly achievable.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Rapid Deployment & Travel: Travel extensively to storm-affected markets across the country at a moment's notice, frequently living in temporary housing for weeks or months at a time.
  • Lead Generation & Canvassing: Aggressively prospect for new business through door-to-door canvassing in neighborhoods recently impacted by severe weather.
  • Property Inspections: Safely perform exterior property and roof inspections to identify, document, and photograph storm damage (hail, wind, debris).
  • Consultative Sales: Educate homeowners on the restoration process, present solutions, and effectively close contracts.
  • Insurance Navigation: Assist homeowners through the insurance claims process, meeting with insurance adjusters on-site to advocate for the homeowner and ensure accurate damage assessments.
  • Project Liaison: Maintain clear communication between the homeowner, the insurance company, and our internal production teams from contract signing to project completion.

 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Travel Readiness: Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 75-100% of the time) and work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends when homeowners are available.
  • Physical Ability: Must be comfortable carrying a ladder, climbing onto roofs of varying pitches, and walking on roofs safely.
  • Sales Drive: A proven track record in sales (door-to-door or direct sales experience is a massive plus, but not required for the right driven individual).
  • Resilience & Discipline: Ability to handle rejection, stay highly organized, and manage your own schedule without micromanagement.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Requirements: A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle capable of transporting a ladder (truck or SUV preferred).

 

Compensation & Perks

  • Uncapped Earning Potential: 100% Commission. Our average first-year representatives make $75,000 - $150,000, with top performers exceeding $400,000 annually. Instant draws may be given upon completed contracts being turned-in.
