HVAC TECHNICIAN ($2000 SIGN ON BONUS)

EXPERIENCED HVAC TECHNICIAN Bucks County, PA | Full-Time

Bucks County Fuel is a family-owned and operated heating oil and HVAC company serving Bucks County and the surrounding areas. We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our growing team.

We are seeking a dependable, skilled professional with 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience, particularly with oil burners, boilers, furnaces, central air conditioning, and heat pumps.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Service and repair oil burners, boilers, furnaces, central AC systems, and heat pumps
• Perform heating and cooling system cleanings, tune-ups, and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Install and service HVAC equipment and components
• Respond to customer service calls and emergency heating and cooling calls
• Clearly explain problems and repair options to customers
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Complete service work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC field experience required
• Extensive experience with oil heating systems is required
• Strong knowledge of oil burners, boilers, and furnaces
• Experience servicing central air conditioning and heat pump systems
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, honest, and hardworking
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Willingness to be on call and respond to emergency service needs, particularly during the heating season
• Must be available to work weekends and participate in the company's on-call rotation
