What you'll do:
- Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing care regulations.
- Plan, organize, and lead nursing personnel in providing quality care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to execute elder care policies.
- Conduct rounds for assessment, care completion, and evaluations.
- Administer prescribed treatments, including injections and testing.
- Ensure adherence to individual service plans and provide necessary care.
- Record vital signs and maintain accurate documentation.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Current Texas Registered Nurse License.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Minimum one-year related experience preferred, or appropriate formal education or Buckner training.
- Working knowledge of basic health care practices and procedures, including infection control.
- Requires proficient ability to speak, read and write English.
- A friendly attitude and a servant's heart.
