We are seeking a Move-In Coordinator to join our community committed to delivering outstanding service to our residents. As a Move-In Coordinator, you will impact the lives of senior adults through fostering a welcoming and hospitable environment while assisting with public relations activities in order to secure admissions. What You'll Do:
- Effectively communicate community's retirement programs; increase sales to meet established goals and prospect lead base by using a variety of contacts to include but not limited to: Ventana by Buckner Members, in-house events and seminars, and other community programs.
- Conduct community tours for future Members and other visitors; communicate with Sales Counselor, Director of Marketing/Sales, Executive Director, and other team members to assist with community openings and transfer needs within Independent Living.
- Respond to computer generated, fax and telephone inquiries about community and admission requirements; maintain accurate and complete inquiry files in Marketing and Lead Management Program; and contact prospects by telephone or correspondence to arrange tours or follow up for future admissions. Conduct tours on a flexible schedule, often meeting prospects outside regular business hours that are convenient for them.
- Manage move-in projects by coordinating with other departments and contractors in order to deliver expected results and project completion in assigned timelines.
- Assist with special events for prospects, new members and community organizations on-site.
- Listen attentively and respond effectively to member, resident, and family needs and concerns.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or other related field of study required.
- Requires strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Minimum 1-3 years prior related experience in a hospital or retirement community preferred.
- Requires a strong sense of diplomacy and demonstrated success in developing strong collaborative relationships with organizational peers and outside colleagues.
- Requires proficient ability to speak, read and write English.
- A friendly attitude and a servant's heart.
