Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and managing client needs through various channels, including in-person interactions, phone calls, texts, and emails.
Proactively reach out to clients via outbound calls to review their insurance requirements and offer personalized quotes.
Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand financial services offerings, ensuring business growth.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of underwriting processes, rating systems, and compliance standards, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately.
Oversee the management of default payments and facilitate customer sign-ups, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Stay up-to-date with the latest products and services, ensuring clients receive relevant and timely recommendations.
Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
Requirements
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Must pass background and get licensed with the state
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
