Bucklin Tractor & Implement Co. (“BTI”) is looking for a highly motivated Equipment Detail Technician to join our team in our Ness City location. The Equipment Detail Technician’s primary responsibility is to wash and detail equipment; maintain a clean and safe work area, and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Service Manager/Shop Foreman and full-time Wash Bay staff with equipment by:
- Following assigned procedures
- Washing and detailing customer and/or company equipment
- Assist Service Manager/Shop Foreman and full-time Wash Bay staff in maintaining a safe work area by:
- Maintaining and caring for Wash Bay tools, equipment and supplies and returning those items to their proper location after use
- Maintaining a clean work area
- Following all safety rules and regulations
- Using safe practices in performing work assignments
- Assist Service Manager/Shop Foreman and full-time Wash Bay staff by performing related and other duties, as assigned.
Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge:
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to lift items weighing upwards to 75 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience, preferred
