Operations Support Specialist (Data Entry)

We are looking for a sharp, dependable Operations Support Specialist to join our McKees Rock, PA office. This is a full-time, permanent in office position. We want someone who is ready to build something real, grow their skills, and stick around.

Duties

• Enter and update data across multiple platforms such as spreadsheets and software programs daily.
• Upload completed files and documents to designated systems.
• Maintain and organize digital and physical records.
• Use Adobe Acrobat Pro to view, print, and annotate PDFs.
• Communicate with remote staff and field teams by phone and email when needed.
• Handle general office support tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel - comfortable entering data, updating existing spreadsheets, and working accurately across large files
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Comfortable with basic office tools including Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
• Fast and accurate data entry with strong attention to detail
• Quick learner who can pick up new tools and processes with minimal handholding
• Strong communicator - responds promptly and keeps remote managers informed
• Reliable transportation to and from the office
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a data entry, operations, or office support role
• Experience in construction, utilities, or telecom is a plus but not required
