Buckingham Township is seeking a motivated, organized, and reliable professional to join our administrative team as a full-time Parks and Recreation Coordinator/Operations Assistant.
This dual-role position supports the Township’s community recreation programs and daily administrative operations. Responsibilities include coordinating and attending recreation programs and events, including the Summer Concert Series, as well as providing administrative support to the Operations Department by coordinating facility maintenance with the department head, staff, and vendors.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and ability to obtain required PA Child Abuse and PA Criminal clearances. Experience in recreation programming or a related field is preferred, along with strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills.
The position requires some evening and occasional weekend work in support of scheduled recreation programs.
