This is an exceptional opportunity for a CPA or public accounting professional seeking exposure to SEC reporting, complex technical accounting matters, large-scale finance transformation initiatives, and direct collaboration with senior finance leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Play a critical role in the company's transition from IFRS to US GAAP.
• Research and analyze complex accounting issues and help develop scalable accounting policies and reporting processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with evolving accounting and regulatory requirements.
• Support the preparation and review of SEC filings and external financial statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting in accordance with US GAAP and SEC requirements.
• Participate in quarterly and annual reporting cycles, including disclosures and supporting schedules.
• Serve as a key liaison with internal and external auditors.
• Prepare technical accounting analyses, documentation, and audit support.
• Present findings and recommendations to finance leadership and business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and enhance financial reporting processes.
• Help standardize reporting practices across a global organization.
• Contribute to the implementation and optimization of reporting systems, including SAP ECC, SAC, and Tagetik.
• Research new accounting standards and unusual transactions.
• Draft technical accounting memos and position papers.
• Participate in special projects that directly influence the finance organization's evolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5 years of accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Public accounting experience, preferably with a Big 4 or large national firm.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience supporting SEC filings is a plus.
• CPA designation or progress toward CPA strongly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
