BuckHorn Ridge llc is a growing excavation contractor serving Pennsylvania. We're looking for an exceptionally organized, proactive Operations & Office Coordinator who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and keeping a business running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is not a position where you'll be handed a checklist every day. We're looking for someone who naturally sees what needs to be done and gets it done.
If you're the type of person who loves creating order, learning new things, improving systems, and supporting a growing business, we'd love to meet you.

- Answering phones and communicating with customers
- Conducting preliminary phone interviews with job applicants
- Managing paperwork and keeping company records organized

- Is dependable and follows through on commitments
- Communicates professionally over the phone and by email
- Is comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Is confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Wants to grow with a company rather than simply fill a job
- Microsoft Office certification
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we'd love to see:
- Experience in a general administrative or office role
- Degree or coursework in Business Administration
- Experience working with contractors, construction companies, or trades
- Bookkeeping or job costing experience

- A role where your ideas and initiative will genuinely make a difference
Compensation

- Tell us about a time you solved a problem without being asked.
- What's one office process you've improved in a previous role?
