Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Buckhorn Resources invests primarily in the Permian, Eagle Ford, and Haynesville. Buckhorn has raised and deployed capital through eight separate vehicles and is currently investing from Buckhorn Minerals VII.
Role Description
Buckhorn Resources is currently searching for an in-house land professional and accepting resumes for an opening in its Houston office.

Education / Experience:
• 1 year of experience as Landman or related field
• Bachelor’s degree with course study in petroleum land management or business administration, or any other related discipline
Responsibilities / Requirements:
• Active American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) member
• Assist with title examination, acquisitions, division orders, well/asset management, curative, operator correspondence, data management and due diligence
• Ability to create ownership chains of title and perform complex ownership calculations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe
• Strong research skills and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and fulfil obligations
• Authorized to currently work in the United States
