Our primary focus is on Go-To-Market (GTM) roles that drive revenue and growth.
Role Overview
As an experienced recruiter, you’ll play a key role in scaling our delivery capability. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for GTM roles, sourcing, engagement, offer negotiation, and placement. This is a high-impact position with clear revenue goals and the opportunity to influence our recruiting strategy as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps).
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, and our ATS (Salesforce).
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and provide consultative guidance.
- Drive candidate engagement through personalized outreach and relationship building.
- Negotiate offers and close placements to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine processes and contribute to team growth.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Background in B2B sales, sales recruiting, or agency recruiting is a plus (but not required)
- Located in Houston or willing to commute to our Post Oak office
- Competitive mindset, coachable attitude, and a strong drive to succeed
