✨ What You’ll Do

• Greet members and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and genuine friendliness
• Provide fast, accurate, and caring service to build member loyalty
• Process a variety of financial transactions with precision
• Assist members with account inquiries, updates, and changes
• Open new accounts and support existing ones
• Resolve member questions or concerns using the tools and training provided
• Balance your cash drawer or cash machine daily and research discrepancies as needed
  
  
  

What Helps You Succeed

• Experience in banking and/or customer service
• Ability to adapt to both busy and slower branch traffic
• Basic computer skills
• A passion for delivering excellent member experiences
• Openness to feedback and a coachable mindset
• Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills

Starting Pay Range

$15.00–$17.00 per hour
