- Prepare and process loan documentation for consumer, auto, and mortgage products.
- Manage title work, lien placement, and release procedures for paid-off loans.
- Coordinate mortgage document preparation and ensure timely submission for closings.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure completeness of loan files.
- Conduct quality control reviews on branch-originated loans to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Track and resolve loan exceptions prior to funding.
- Prepare documentation and reports for internal and external audits.
- Monitor forced place insurance and ensure proper member communication.
- Generate and distribute reports on loan activity, performance metrics, and exception tracking.
- Support lending promotions by tracking incentives and engagement metrics.
- Maintain and update databases for lending transactions and member records.
- Liaise with title companies, warranty providers, GAP insurance vendors, and mortgage partners.
- Order appraisals, flood certificates, and other third-party services as needed.
- Serve as a resource for branch staff and members regarding lending procedures and documentation.
- Respond to inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
- Assist in training new staff on lending systems, workflows, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure adherence to federal and state lending regulations (e.g., TILA, Fair Lending, UCC filings).
- Monitor and address issues impacting credit risk or operational integrity.
