What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Seasonal Server position at Buckeye Roadhouse?
Looking for more than just an order taker, must be outgoing, genuine, and want to learn and love service! Enthusiasm for the industry a must.
Required availability to work part time flexible schedule including weekends, lunch and brunch shifts.
Server duties include:
• Walk guests through the menu to answer any questions and assist with any necessary accommodations for allergies and dietary restrictions.
• Check back with guests about each dish and beverage and when beverages need to be refreshed.
• Have proficiency in POS Systems to ring in orders, course, fire, print, and settle guest checks.
• Maintain consistent and proactive communication with the manager regarding guest experience to resolve any dissatisfaction.
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with all service team members, both front and back of the house.
• Always maintain a positive and team-oriented demeanor.
PAY SCALE: Hourly Non-Exempt $16.50 Plus Tips.
