We are hiring an Entry Level Account Associate to join our growing team. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and building a career in sales, customer service, marketing, or account management.
As an Entry Level Account Associate, you will help represent client brands, speak with customers face-to-face, answer questions, explain services, and support basic account setup or customer enrollment processes. You do not need years of experience. We provide hands-on training, coaching, and a clear path to grow into more responsibility over time.
Responsibilities
- Speak with customers in a professional, friendly, and helpful way
- Learn client products, services, promotions, and customer account details
- Help customers understand available options and complete basic account steps
- Support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and account growth goals
- Track conversations, customer interest, and daily results accurately
- Work with team leads to improve communication, product knowledge, and sales skills
- Represent the company and client brands with professionalism
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
