HR Assistant – Administrative
Location: Arden Hills, MN (Hybrid – 4001 Lexington Ave N), 55126
Shift Timing: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: Contract 6 Months |
Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant – Administrative professional to support daily HR operations in a corporate environment. This role includes maintaining employee records, assisting with HR documentation, and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative and personnel-related tasks (records, benefits, training, onboarding).
- Maintain HR files and databases accurately.
- Prepare reports and handle confidential employee information.
- Assist employees with HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2–5 years of HR or administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
