Job Duration: 6 Months Contract – W2

Job Overview
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist in preparing financial reports using QuickBooks
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet visitors and manage the front desk when needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Calendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries
- Prior computer and administrative experience including calendar management, travel arranging, expense reporting, handling logistics, typing, editing, customer service
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Senior Executive Assistant/Office Manager: 9 years (Required)
- Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Biotechnology: 9 years (Required)
- Calendar Management/Concur/Expense Reports/SAP Concur: 9 years (Required)
Ability to Commute:
