Schedule
Full-time, 4-day workweek
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Select Saturdays by appointment
Core Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Provide complete surgical support for full arch reconstruction, extractions, implants, bone/soft tissue grafting, pathology, trauma, and IV sedation.
- Assist with anesthesia monitoring, including vitals and IV management.
- Deliver clear pre- and post-operative instructions to patients and families.
- Acquire diagnostic imaging (radiographs, CBCT, intraoral scans, photographs).
- Reviews patient health history and updates practice management software.
- Confirm that required forms, consents, and medical records are complete and on file prior to surgery.
- Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields, trays, and operatories.
- Manage implant and surgical inventory.
- Support treatment plan presentation, scheduling, and patient communication.
Qualifications
Licensing & Experience
- Prior experience in oral surgery (private practice, surgical center, or hospital setting)
- Proficiency in IV sedation and surgical procedures
- Current CPR/BLS certification (required)
- Arizona dental radiology certification (required)
- DAANCE certification (preferred, or willingness to complete within 18 months)

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
