Buckeye Construction & Restoration is seeking a skilled Concrete Restoration Specialist / Concrete Finisher to repair, restore, and refinish concrete structures on commercial projects. This role focuses on structural concrete repair, not general flatwork.
What you'll do
- Perform concrete repairs including patching, resurfacing, and structural restoration
- Remove damaged concrete and prepare surfaces for repair
- Form, pour, place, and finish concrete to specification
- Apply repair mortars, overlays, and coatings
- Assist with crack repair, joint restoration, and structural strengthening
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow all OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Experience in concrete finishing or concrete restoration preferred
- Knowledge of surface preparation and repair techniques
- Ability to read project specifications and follow detailed instructions
- Strong attention to quality and safety
- Be flexible. (Open to learning new skills and trying different approaches.)
- Not afraid of heights.
- Ability to work safely in active jobsite environments.
- Travel is required.
