We are seeking a part-time Service Coordinator to work 10 hours a week at a family apartment building in Brownstown. A Service Coordinator links residents with area services and provides general case management. The Service Coordinator will work with the apartment management staff to ensure residents are getting the help they need to live independently. The successful candidate should have experience in a social services related field.
