Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to ensure homes are spotless and hygienic
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens with care and efficiency
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting kitchens, bathrooms, and other high-touch areas regularly
- Execute specialized floor care procedures including carpet cleaning, polishing hardwood floors, and managing other flooring needs
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning preferences and needs
- Use janitorial and custodial equipment safely and effectively to deliver thorough cleaning results
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments while maintaining quality standards
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is highly desirable
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and hotel housekeeping practices is a plus.
