What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quick Lube Technician position at Buckeye Carwash and Lube?
As a lube technician, you will help keep our guests safe on the road by providing top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance services for their vehicles.
At our shop, you will change oil, check and refill fluids, rotate tires, inspect and replace lights and wiper blades, perform shop maintenance tasks and duties, and more. You’ll work as a team to provide fast, easy, trusted services to our guests.
During your time on the clock, you can also expect to participate in tasks and activities pertaining to the carwash and other areas of the business as needed.
Skills needed:
- An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
- English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from the workplace
Experience that would help:
- 1 year or more experience in automotive preventative maintenance roles
- 1 year or more in customer service
