Month 1-2 -- Learn the product, the pitch, and the process. Start earning commissions immediately.
Month 3-6 -- Develop consistency. Start learning the leadership side of the business.
6-12 months -- High performers begin training to run their own team.
Beyond that -- Management. Your own office. Your own people.

Salary : $1,500 - $2,500
