Responsibilities
- Groundsman will assist Fellers and Trimmers with tree removal and maintenance by handling ropes, operating equipment like chainsaws and chippers, clearing brush, maintaining equipment, and ensuring job site safety.
- Climber/Feller's responsibilities include using chainsaws, aerial lifts (bucket trucks and spider lifts), and climbing gear to fell and trim trees, with a strong emphasis on safety, rigging, and aerial work.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong understanding and strict adherence to safety procedures
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- 1-3 years experience in related tree service work; experience with crane work a plus
- Valid PA Drivers License (CDL Class A or B preferred)
- Ability to perform strenuous, repetitive tasks in all weather.
- Ability to lift 75-100 pounds.
Pay: $19.00 - $38.00 per hour
