Job Summary – Winch Truck Driver
Buck’s Hotshot Services is seeking a reliable and motivated Winch Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, safety-minded, and dependable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. This role requires safe operation of winch trucks to load, secure, transport, and offload equipment in a fast-paced oilfield environment. Drivers must demonstrate strong commitment to safety, timely communication, and professionalism while representing our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate winch trucks to load and unload oilfield equipment and materials.
- Secure loads in compliance with DOT and company safety standards.
- Maintain accurate logs of hours, mileage, and load details.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting maintenance needs promptly.
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL with clean driving record.
- Previous winch truck or oilfield hauling experience preferred.
- Strong focus on safety and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and in varying weather/field conditions.
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience operating equipment such as telehandlers, skid steers, forklifts, and manlifts.
Compensation & Benefits
- Health Insurance – 80% employer-paid, eligible after 60 days.
- Housing Allowance – available after 30 days.
- Cell Phone Allowance – available after 30 days.
- FR Clothing Allowance – $250 at start, plus an additional $250 after 6 months.
