Role Description The District Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area, responsible for overseeing operations across multiple locations within the assigned district. This role includes leading and coaching location managers, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The District Manager will review financial reports, manage budgets, and drive initiatives to increase revenue, control costs, and improve overall profitability. Day-to-day responsibilities also include conducting site visits, addressing escalated customer issues, implementing operational best practices, and coordinating staffing and training needs. The role works closely with senior leadership to align district goals with company strategy and to execute new programs and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing multiple locations or teams, with strong skills in people development, performance management, and coaching.
- Operational management experience, including budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and compliance with company standards and local regulations.
