The position involves fine manipulation and dexterity of hands and the use of hand tools, power tools and special equipment in order to carry out assembly operations per specifications.

- Day Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:30/6:00am-4:30pm
- Night Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:30pm- 2:30am
- Weekends Fri, Sat, Sun 5:30am - 6:00pm (36 hours paid 40.)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Reads job specification process sheets to determine the procedure required at assigned work station(s).
- Sets stops or guides to specified length as indicated by scale, rule, or template.
- Positions workpiece against stops or aligns parts in dedicated fixturing.
- Operates machinery.
- Observes machine operation to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunction.
- Measures workpiece dimensions to determine accuracy of machine operation.
- Performs minor machine maintenance such as oiling machines, dies, or workpieces.
- Responsible for keeping work area clean and safe.
- Ability to handle sharp knives and other items continuously throughout the shift.
- Comply with all standard safety practices, safety rules, and all Company rules and policies.
- Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.
- QUALIFICATIONS*
- Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to identify quality defects.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to do highly repetitive physical work, paying attention to detail.
