What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and cook menu items while following recipes and presentation standards.
  • Work one or more stations including:
  • Flat Top Grill
  • Soup Station
  • Charcuterie Board Station
  • Dish Pit
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout your shift.
  • Wash and manage your own dishes as part of daily kitchen responsibilities.
  • Assist with prep work, stocking, and cleaning before, during, and after service.
  • Communicate effectively with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to keep service running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Able to work independently while also being a reliable team player.
  • Comfortable working in a small kitchen where everyone pitches in.
  • Able to accurately follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Previous line cook experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
  • Baking experience is a plus, but not required.

What to Expect

  • A small, close-knit kitchen where everyone plays an important role.
  • Typically 2–3 cooks on busy shifts and 1 cook during slower periods.
  • You’ll work directly alongside the Sous Chef or Head Chef and have the opportunity to grow your skills in a scratch kitchen environment.
  • Cross-training in multiple stations with opportunities to expand your culinary skills.
  • This is a hands-on kitchen—there’s no room for “that’s not my job” here.
