Business Operations and Analytics Coordinator

The Business Operations and Analytics Coordinator is responsible for supporting both store and corporate functions within the department. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role. The coordinator must effectively manage multiple tasks and projects to ensure deadlines are consistently met. Building strong and healthy relationships with the department and cross-functional teams throughout the organization is crucial. Additionally, this person will assist with systemic projects, such as digital migration, as they arise. Key areas of focus will include cutover activities across various workstreams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a detailed schedule and execute all administrative tasks daily, weekly, and monthly promptly.
• Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of information and technology system investments.
• Responsible for playing an active role in a diverse set of large-scale projects that require collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout the organization.
• Responsible for thorough auditing of all retail operations KPIs, ensuring that all information is published in a timely manner and is transparent to stakeholders.
• Responsible for retail operations support of off-site marketing events.
• Effectively manage all retail excellence performance management, scheduling, and execution.
• Assist the Director of Retail Business Processes with procurement-related functions, including, but not limited to, vendor communication/follow-up, consumption analysis, and procurement efficiency improvement.
• Assist in the support of Retail locations.
• Periodic cycle count of supplies inventory for cost management.
• Support the Director of Retail Business Processes with all tasks related to the department.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of logistics or operations experience preferred
• Ability to lift 25-pound boxes
• Change management experience preferred
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
• Proven success in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent numerical aptitude and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred

Hourly Rate: $28.00-$31.00 per hour
