Full-Time | $20–$28/hr DOE Performance Commission
Bucher Prowash is a fast-growing exterior cleaning company based in Bothell serving residential and commercial clients across the greater Seattle area. We do high-quality pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and holiday lighting — and we're building a team that takes pride in that standard.
We're looking for an experienced technician who shows up on time, works hard, and cares about the finished product. This is a full-time role with real earning potential through our bonus structure.
What you'll do:
- Pressure washing and soft washing (roofs, houses, driveways, decks)
- Exterior and interior window cleaning
- Gutter cleaning
- Operate equipment safely and maintain it properly
- Represent the company professionally on every job site
What we're looking for:
- 1 year of exterior cleaning experience (pressure washing, window cleaning, or similar)
- Reliable — on time, in uniform, ready to work
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Someone who takes pride in their work
