Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Intake Specialist located in St. Louis, MO. The Intake Specialist will handle the initial interactions with potential clients, gather essential information, and guide them through the intake process. Responsibilities include maintaining effective communication, ensuring a positive client experience, answering inquiries, collecting important case details, and performing other related administrative tasks to support the legal team.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with potential clients
- Experience in Client Intake and excellent Customer Service abilities
- Knowledge of Insurance processes and related terminology
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
- Experience in a law firm or legal environment is a plus
- Proficiency in using computer systems and office software
