A globally recognized Am Law firm is seeking a Workplace Experience Agent to join its San Francisco or Silicon Valley office. This highly visible role is ideal for a polished service professional who enjoys creating exceptional experiences for attorneys, clients, and colleagues while supporting the day-to-day operations of a world-class environment. This role will be on-site 5-days a week and can be located in SF or Silicon Valley.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for attorneys, staff, clients, and visitors, ensuring a seamless workplace experience.
- Coordinate and support day-to-day office operations, workspace readiness, conference room setups, and client requests.
- Partner cross-functionally with technology, facilities, and business services teams to deliver best-in-class support.
- Act as an on-site project coordinator for workplace initiatives, events, and special projects.
- Utilize technology platforms and service management tools to manage requests and ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in workplace experience, hospitality, client services, office operations, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional environment.
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems and tools.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
