Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end lateral associate recruitment, ensuring exceptional candidate experience.
- Plan and execute recruiting events, campaigns, and social initiatives to attract top legal talent.
- Develop reports, market insights, and recruitment strategies for leadership.
- Supervise team members, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with employment policies and best practices.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 6 years in legal recruitment; 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment platforms.
Salary : $115,000 - $130,000
