Experienced Automotive Kia Technician

Buchanan Kia is seeking an Experienced Automotive Kia Technician to join our team in Westminster, MD. In this role, you will utilize your specialized automotive skills and knowledge to diagnose, repair, and maintain Kia vehicles, ensuring the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Kia vehicles.
• Use manufacturer-supplied diagnostic tools and technology to accurately identify issues.
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repair status and vehicle condition.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and dealership policies.
• Continuously update technical skills by participating in manufacturer training programs.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Kia vehicles.
• ASE certification or equivalent technical education/certification is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
