What You'll Do

• Partner with nursing leadership to direct daily clinical operations in line with federal, state, and local regulations
• Round on units to monitor resident care, staff performance, and unit operations
• Mentor and support licensed and unlicensed nursing staff
• Help develop and enforce nursing policies and procedures
• Participate in QAPI, survey readiness, and infection control
• Support onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management
• Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance
• Assist with audits and chart reviews
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care planning
• Address resident and family concerns with compassion
• Oversee clinical supplies, equipment, and inventory
• Step in with direct resident care as needed

What You Bring

• Active Georgia RN license in good standing
• 2–3 years of skilled nursing facility experience (leadership experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR systems
• Working knowledge of HIPAA

Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands. Occasional lifting or repositioning of residents and lifting up to 25 lbs. Some evenings, weekends, or on-call coverage may be required. Reasonable accommodations available under the ADA.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
