What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
- Track Expedite and Non-Expedite shipments according to nightly notes provided
- Order Entry; Imaging Paperwork
- Broker freight, when available
- Update Expedite Websites, McLeod, and any other formats necessary on each shipment
- Update Customers with tracking information, when requested
- Communicate with Account Managers/Carrier Sales Specialists via morning hand-off
- Learn to bid freight directly with customers
- Work on collecting paperwork from the unbilled report
- Other duties as assigned
