We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist whose primary focus is identifying, recruiting, and hiring high-performing sales professionals. This isn't a role for someone who simply posts jobs and waits for applications. We need a true talent hunter—someone who knows how to source passive candidates, build relationships, and convince top performers to make a career move.

What You'll Do

• Recruit Account Managers, Business Development Representatives, National Account Executives, Sales Leaders, and other revenue-generating positions.
• Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, industry contacts, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring profiles, compensation structures, and team needs.
• Conduct phone interviews and behavioral assessments to identify candidates who fit both the role and our culture.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Create compelling recruiting campaigns and employment branding initiatives.
• Attend networking events, career fairs, and industry functions to build talent pipelines.
• Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and bring fresh ideas to attract top performers.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

• 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on sales positions.
• Demonstrated success recruiting high-performing sales professionals in a competitive environment.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates—not just managing inbound applicants.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

Preferred

• Recruiting experience within transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, staffing, or another fast-paced sales environment.
• Experience recruiting commission-based sales professionals.
• ATS and recruiting CRM experience.
