What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Associate - Denver position at BUCHALTER?
We are currently seeking 2nd to 6th year associate candidates to support our Denver Office’s Corporate Practice Group. The ideal candidate has experience with a broad range of transactional and governance matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity, publicly and privately traded securities, corporate maintenance and formation, corporate finance, licensing, and venture capital financing. Candidates must have excellent credentials from a top law school and should also have strong writing skills.

Pay Scale: The reasonably expected pay scale for this position is $170-$230k, with bonus potential of up to $106,000. This is an employer estimate and the salary offered within that range, and the potential for bonus and bonus amount, will depend on candidate’s years of practice and experience and performance.
