Practice Manager – Gastroenterology Practice

Our busy gastroenterology practice is seeking a reliable, professional Office Manager / Practice Manager to support and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, solid organizational abilities, and experience in medical office management. This role includes full practice‑management responsibilities, including oversight of billing, bookkeeping, and general administrative workflow.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily front‑office and administrative operations
- Oversee staff scheduling and assist with staffing needs
- Handle HR‑related tasks such as onboarding and compliance
- Direct overall practice management, including billing operations and bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to office policies
- Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to support smooth patient care
- Utilize Medent EMR for scheduling, documentation, and office operations
- Responsibilities may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skill set and experience
Qualifications
- Experience in medical office management preferred
- Familiarity with Medent EMR strongly preferred
- Knowledge of medical billing and basic bookkeeping
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Schedule
Full‑time or part‑time options available.
