What you'll do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage food production efficiently, including banquet and catering services.
- Supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster a positive team environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices at all times.
- Assist in menu planning by contributing innovative ideas that align with our culinary vision.
Preferred qualifications
- Banquet experience is highly desirable.
- Culinary experience with a focus on cooking techniques and food preparation.
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for hospitality.
