Responsibilities:
- Assist servers and bartenders in providing excellent customer service
- Clear and reset tables in a timely manner
- Help with food service by delivering dishes to tables and refilling water glasses
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping and mopping floors
- Handle food and beverage items with care to ensure proper sanitation and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bussing or a related role in the food industry is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience for guests
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or bus tubs as needed
