Overview

The Pricebook Analyst is responsible for administering data flow and maintenance of all product information in a centralized Inventory Management system and centralized Food Service management system to support all store level point of sale systems. The Pricebook Analyst will report directly to the Pricebook Manager to help ensure efficiency and productivity within the department

This position sits in our Pearland, Texas office

This is a Monday - Friday in-office opportunity only

The essential job functions include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain pricing for all inventoried items
• Maintain all item information for inventory and non-inventory items
• Maintain software and hardware for multiple devices
• Maintain graphics for point of sale systems
• Maintain interfaces for multiple devices and software
• Test and deploy software and hardware pertaining to inventory
• Provide support for multiple levels of the organization
• Implement software leveraged to assist in daily management of cost and retail pricing
• Setup vendors for EDI (electronic) invoice imports
• Import invoices, cost change spreadsheets, and Pricebook files from vendors
• Research and process invoice exceptions
• Assist the development and documentation of procedures and processes
• Adapt marketing procedures and processes
• Research and resolve questions in a friendly and professional manner   
• Working knowledge of retail operations and convenience store marketing
• Work as part of a team consisting of multiple departments
• Strong judgment skills in analyzing and responding to challenging issues raised by customers, co-workers, and employees
• Maintain confidentiality

Position requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information System preferred or equivalent experience
• Retail and cost inventory experience
• 3 years of PDI Enterprise software experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• 3 years of Radiant Configuration Manager software experience preferred
