Overview
As an IT HR Systems Analyst at Buc-ee’s, you will play a crucial role in the implementation, configuration, and support of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system for our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Payroll, Operations, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure the effective utilization and optimization of the Workday platform. As a subject matter expert, your expertise in HCM functionality and system administration will contribute to the continual improvement of our HR processes and overall business operations.

Qualifications
The position requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Minimum 4 years relevant work experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Workday Systems Analyst or similar role, with in-depth knowledge of Workday HCM modules and functionality
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices
- Proficiency in Workday configuration, security, and reporting tools
- Familiarity with integration methods and technologies, such as Web Services, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Workday Studio
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments, within an HRIS team, and with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within deadlines
- Workday certifications (such as Workday HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Reporting, etc.) are preferred

Responsibilities
The position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective system configurations within Workday
- Configure and customize Workday HCM modules, such as Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Learning, and Time Tracking to meet the organization's needs
- Provide expertise in Workday business processes, data structure, and security configuration to ensure system integrity and compliance
- Conduct data analysis and validation to ensure accurate and reliable reporting and system functionality
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Workday with other systems, ensuring data consistency and seamless information flow
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide training and support to end users on Workday functionality, best practices, and system enhancements
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with Workday support and escalating as needed
- Stay updated on the latest Workday releases and features, evaluating their potential impact and recommending system improvements or enhancements
- Contribute to system documentation, including user guides, process flows, and standard operating procedures
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned
