Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and dedicated Shift Leader to join our restaurant team. Responsibilities
- Oversee shift operations to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards, including proper handling and storage.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting.
- Control inventory levels through regular stock checks and ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive dining experience.
- Assist with staff scheduling, interviewing potential team members, and conducting training sessions.
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within quick service or casual dining environments.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, and food safety protocols.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling experience is essential.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively.
- Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food management practices.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
